The studio is located in the very Center of The Old
Santo Domingo or Colonial Zone (designated Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO), of the Dominican Republic’s capital, very close to El Conde Street, one of the main streets of the city, with typical restaurants, bars terraces and sidewalk cafes, around there. Also close to El Malecon (5 minutes walk) on the Caribbean seafront.
This first floor studio, in a colonial style building, has living/dining room with sofa, table and chairs, desk, TV, ceiling fans; a separate equipped kitchen with washing machine, stove and small refrigerator, a separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet,
a complete bathroom (hot water) and a private small court.
Beautiful furnished in wood (mahogany) with internet access. Maintenance services three times per week.
