Pat'e Palo is a European brasserie located plaza Espana in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo.
It is instead of what was the first tavern in the new world in front of the Alcazar de Colon. Palo Pat'e has retained its original colonial style with a rustic decor, antiques, maps and vintage frames in a unique atmosphere.
The chef offers fine cuisine and exquisite specialties of meats and seafood, a wide selection of salads and pasta, all accompanied by fine local products selected and prepared.
