The hotel itself is excellent and the staff very kind and helpful but this is all overshadowed by the cheating of the beauty salon AMADEUS at this hotel . A treatment which was offered for US$ 45 cost us at the end US$ 324,25 without giving any specifications or even a receipt , misusing the fact that my wife do not speak spanish. So we don't think after our irritating and frustrating experience we will ever go back to this hotel. This people are not honest.
