Presentation of the aparthotel in Punta Cana
We spent several days in
Punta Cana in August 2013 at the Aparthotel Bavaro
Green in Pueblo Bavaro, offers apartments at ten minutes (by
car) from the beaches and major attractions and commercial centers
of Punta Cana.
The Green Bavaro is located in Pueblo Bavaro is a recent set of
homes located Barcelo Avenue, between Punta Cana and Veron. The
entrance to Pueblo Bavaro is in front of the baseball stadium.
This aparthotel
in Punta Cana is pretty good, though a car is necessary to go
to the various beaches of Punta Cana (Cabeza de Toro, El Cortecito,
Bavaro...), in recreation centers, shopping centers and tourist attractions of Punta Cana.
Bavaro Green
The Green Bavaro
is composed of four buildings together form a rectangle with the
pool in the center. The apart -hotel has a small gym, wifi (which
is not available in all the apartment ), a communal washing machine
(paid) and secure parking.
It offers apartments with one, two or three air-conditioned rooms,
a lounge and dining room with TV, kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob,
plates, cutlery...) and a terrace with views the pool. The apartments
Bavaro Green have one or two bathrooms , one is in a room while
the other is common, each has a toilet.
They are well enough equipped for a stay and vacation in
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
In Pueblo Bavaro there are only homes, the first shops are located
at the entrance about 500 meters. It is possible to take the bus
(guagua) to reach the beaches and other attractions, but with a
car it's much better .
Our review on the stay
We spent a week with family
in a two bedroom apartment in Bavaro Green in August 2013. Entering
the apartment is in the living room and the dining room is not very
large with a table and four chairs and a small sofa with a chair.
Right there in the kitchen with what it takes to cook meals (no
big meals), a fridge and a hob with four burners. Just after the
living there is a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
A small hallway leads to the shared bathroom, on one side and there
is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and the
other a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, which that we
could sleep at 5 .
The whole is more like a residence for people living and working
in the area, there were obviously people who live here all the year
and others who came spent a weekend in their apartments .
Conclusion
The Green Bavaro
in Punta Cana is an economical option for vacation
in Punta Cana outside the all-inclusive
hotels. It offers apartments correct way to discover the whole
region of Punta Cana.
Despite what some say websites, Punta Cana is not only a tourist
factory, there is plenty to see and do in the area and the opening
of the highway Del Coral lets go easily and quickly to Bayahibe
(Saona Island), La Romana (Alto
de Chavon), Juan Dolio, Boca Chica and even Santo
Domingo.

The Bavaro Green looks more like a home, the apartment is spacious with two air-conditioned rooms. Only drawback is a little far from the beaches and you need a car to go to the beaches of Bavaro. The kitchen lacks some cooking utensils.
