It seems that it went wrong for the client. But in reality it is a nice hotel. Just need good management and the holidays will be unforgettable.

It is the worst I've seen as a resort, you sell a 4 star and not even two, worse service, while limited, even to eat

Wrong in every sense of the word. Worst hotel. They have nothing to offer. Bad service: staff, food, drinks, rooms, cleanliness etc ... My advice: I recommend it to anyone.
