Casa Rural El Paraiso de Saona is located directly on the beach in the small fishing village of Mano Juan on the famous Saona Island, in the east of the Dominican Republic.

The house offers simple rooms with mosquito net, fan, bathroom and terrace.

Saona Island is a small paradise where the beach and the sea reign supreme. The island is part of the Cotubanama National Park and therefore it is protected. The flora and fauna as well as the seabed are exceptional, the biodiversity is unique with many endemic species.

Access to Saona Island is only by boat from the ports of Bayahibe or La Romana. Hundreds of tourists from the all-inclusive resorts of Dominicus and Punta Cana come daily to visit the island, but most do not go to the village of Mano Juan.

Note that there may be water and electricity cuts at Casa Rural El Paraiso de Saona.
