Avoid: scam in electricity and water charges to pay more on the spot, while we will not be the 2nd week already paid, the residence still asks us 80 dollars for these charges will not be eaten! Flush leaking problem, especially lock problem in the room of the bungalow: could not open the door, we were kept for several hours and had to jump out the window because the room phone did not work not!
