The apartment was well cleaned, well situated close to beachs 10 minutes walking distance, center 5 min walking distance and the owner was very helpful. I recommend this place.

Garden apt with screens and no walls making noise and mosquitoes a big problem, In the 4 days was offered no clean towels or sheets. No internet as advertised. Overpriced. Needs paint and regular maintenace.

We started our DR trip from Villa Florie and ended up coming back before my flight back home. The place is very cozy and clean, and location is good. It's 10mins to Sosua main beach. The main street with restaurants starts almost around the corner. For the most crowded part you need to walk 5mins.
There are two rooms for shorter stays and they share the same bathroom. The owners live there too. The rooms and bathroom have all basic facilities and are cleaned very well. If you are a light sleeper, you may

I stayed about a week in the bedroom with shared bathroom. The other room was empty during my stay, so it was basically a private bathroom. :) Something that I always find very important is a clean bathroom. The bathroom @ Florie was very clean, an absolute relief after my stay in St. Domingo. The room is simple, but good and clean. There's a big bed underneath the ceiling fan and there's a desk with chair and a table with two chairs.
